Board Members

Process and Qualifications for the Sea Serpent Leadership Board Positions

The Sea Serpent Leadership Board consists of the President or Co- Presidents, Vice President, Treasurer and Volunteer Coordinators for the following categories: Social Events, Snack Bar, Apparel, MSL Representative, Parent Volunteers and 8 and Under Line Up. The Leadership Board may add or change the Volunteer Coordinators that serve on the Board depending on the team needs. The President/Board/Coaches reserve the right to fill positions as necessary at their own discretion.

The Leadership Board positions are held by parents who have completed a minimum of 2 years sequentially on the swim team and have been approved by the Leadership Board and the swim team coaches.
