Brand New Swimmer Sign-ups

Thank you for your interest in the Sea Serpents.

Our team is limited to 200 swimmers. Scott Valley Club members get first priority on the team, returning Non Club members next and then brand new swimmers are considered if there is space on the roster.

Please fill out the following form if you would like to be considered for the Sea Serpents Swim Team. Please note that filling out this registration does not guarantee you a spot on the Sea Serpents. We will contact you after registration closes if there is availability on the team once the Club members and returning Serpents register.

NOTE: If you have more than one swimmer, please fill out a new form for each child.
