Do I have to order a team suit?
Team members are expected to wear their team suit at all meets and the team photo. The 2012 team suit will be navy with the SV logo. Kids can practice in any suit they like, however they must wear the team suit to meets. We encourage all swimmers to practice in “practice suits” during the week.
How do I order a Team Suit, Parka, Backpack or Duffle Bag for my child?
NorCal Swim Shop will be directly handling all orders for team suits, parkas, backpacks and duffle bags.
- If you KNOW what size suit you need, fill out a SCOTT VALLEY SWIM TEAM 2012 order form in the Scott Valley lobby Prior to 3/14, return the form with payment to the Swim Team Mailbox.
- If you DON’T KNOW what size suit you need, NorCal representatives will be on hand on March14 th to show samples, and assist with ordering and sizing.
- If you are unable to attend the apparel fitting/ordering day, pick up a SCOTT VALLEY SWIM TEAM 2012 order form in the Scott Valley lobby, and order the suit directly from NorCal by calling 1-800-752-7946.
Do I have to pre-order Sweats, Pajama Bottoms, Cheer Shorts or Personalized Towels, or can I buy them at the home meets?
The team will not be carrying inventory of most swim team apparel, so you MUST pre- order apparel. We will have swim caps, hats and maybe T-shirts for sale at meets, but if you want anything else, you must pre-order it before the order deadline on March 14th. These special order forms are labeled: 2012 Serpent Apparel Form and are available in the lobby for your convenience. Return them with payment to the Swim Team Mailbox.
When will my order be ready? How do I get it?
Scott Valley Apparel Orders will be ready by Time Trials You may pick them up @ the apparel table at Time Trials before noon. If you are not planning on attending time trials, please email gwencday@yahoo.com so that we can make alternate arrangements. Swim suits, parkas & swim team bags will be shipped directly to you by NorCal.
I ordered the wrong size suit/sweats/pants/shorts, etc, can I exchange it?
NO! All sales are FINAL, so please order very carefully.
